Good morning!
As the Sunday snowstorm moved into Monday, first responders reportedly worked nonstop in the rough conditions.
According to βChicopee, Palmer first responders handle 350+ emergency calls during stormβ by Claire Overton of WWLP, the Chicopee Police Department responded to over 350 calls over 48 hours, trudging through unplowed streets of quickly accumulating snow. According to officers, the response times were slower than usual but every call was attended to.
HEALTH
Iβm pretty skeptical of most βhealth routinesβ because they usually ask for more time, more discipline, or more steps than most people realistically have.
Thatβs why Iβm comfortable sharing the option below. Itβs designed for people who want to cover basic nutrition without turning it into a whole project, and it fits into real mornings instead of ideal ones.
